Crownmark Games is the company behind JX2 Royal. Our work is shared across customer service, technical and development, game operations, and business teams. Each team has its own role. Together, they look after player support, game systems, the economy, balance, and J-Points.
Our customer service team supports players through our official social media channels, including Telegram and Facebook. They answer questions, help with problems, and pass issues to the right team. They also share player feedback with the teams that can review it.
Our technical and development team is based in Sydney, Australia. They build, update, and maintain the systems that keep the game and our services running.
We are growing our business team in Cambodia and plan to open our Cambodian head office soon. This team works with local partners to bring more events and opportunities to our players.
Our team's work is focused on running the game and building the business for the long term. Looking after gameplay, the economy, balance, and J-Points is part of that daily work. Fair competition matters to the future we are building together.
